It all starts with a crooked paper clip developing into a series
of chairs, a folded piece of paper that develops into a table,
a shape that embodies a company's direction. All it takes is a
common-day piece of vernacular that provides the seed of an idea. Integration Studio was established in 1999 by Kent Gration to
create industrial and graphic design that defines longevity in
its relationship between user and medium.
Kent's vision for industrial design is to produce work that is
fully functional, maintains a structural integrity and adapts to
the environments in which it is used. He specialises in furniture,
lighting, object, bathroom and installation architecture and has
had work exhibited internationally and presented to leading Italian
design companies.
Specialising in branding, packaging, exhibition and collateral
design, Kent is passionate about graphic design that meets his
clients' communication objectives and creates exposure, refinement
and longevity in an industry that is propelled by ephemeral trends.
In the past few years, Kent's work has encompassed a variety of
projects including major brand creation and implementation for
private and public sector companies, whilst producing product design
that has been exhibited at the Salone Del Mobile in Milan, 100%
Design in London and Future Vision Leisure in Austria.
